We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team and provide them with your order details. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number.
Please note that the returned item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns for products that have been used or damaged.
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If everything checks out, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, as processing times may vary depending on your payment method.
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
